Granavision (Movviendo) · Paseo de la Sabika
Granavision sells a guided walk round the Alhambra's free outer areas and a full three-hour tour with the Nasrid Palaces under one listing. The $23 price is the outside walk; pick a "with Nasrid Palaces" option for the real visit.

One listing, two very different products. The Surroundings Alhambra Tour, the option behind the $23 from-price, is a 2-hour guided walk through the Alhambra woods, the Puerta de la Justicia, the Plaza de los Aljibes and the Palace of Charles V. Those areas are free to enter anyway. No ticket, no Alcazaba, no Generalife, no Nasrid Palaces.
The other options, sold by language (English, Spanish, German, Italian or French "with Nasrid Palaces", plus one with pickup), are the full 3-hour tour with tickets for the Nasrid Palaces, the Alcazaba and the Generalife. A City Pass option adds Granada's cathedral, the Royal Chapel, several museums, 9 bus trips and a tourist train ride. With 2,215 reviews at 4.3, Granavision is a large, established operator.
Some fine print. Headphones are not included: bring your own or buy them there. Groups can run in two languages at once, and French, German and Italian need 8 people to go ahead. The office is easy to miss, guests say, so use the hotel as your landmark. Every option is non-refundable.
Granavision's Welcome Visitor Centre is at Paseo de la Sabika 15, next to Hotel Guadalupe, about 100 m from the Alhambra entrance. Go inside to check in; the listing insists on it.
All options walk the woods and the Puerta de la Justicia, then the Plaza de los Aljibes.
The Renaissance palace, free to all visitors. The $23 option ends around here, after about 2 hours.
On "with Nasrid Palaces" options, the fortress and then the palaces at the group's slot.
The gardens and summer palace close the 3-hour tour. Your ticket lets you stay on after the guide leaves.
